I attempted to purchase flowers from Troy’s florist that said they would be delivered through a local florist in Mayville, WI. The purchase was made on December 24th. A day later I received an email that the order was unable to be filled and I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. It is now January 20th and I have not received a refund despite multiple emails to which their reply was "it takes 5-7 business days" and a phone call in which I was told customer service only operates via email. I feel so stupid for falling for this, but I was desperate to buy flowers for a friend who was in a car accident. DO NOT BUY FROM TROY’S FLORIST.

I ordered delivery of bronze cross for a cost of $176.53 to be delivered to a funeral home. When at the funeral I noticed there was a bouquet of flowers from a local florist. I knew this was from my order because it had my giftcard and note. I contacted the local company listed who reported they received an online order stating they were to pick bouquet of choice for less than $85.00. I called Troy’s Florist to report their fraudulent act with deception, requesting full refund before taking legal action. The person who answered the phone responded "be my guest" and hung up.

I placed an order for flowers on 8/7, to be delivered on 8/8. The flowers were not delivered, and on 8/9, my card was manually entered and charged. I contacted the company and they said they would give a refund, but I have not yet received it. I searched online, and many others have also been scammed by Troys Flowers and did not get their refunds.

Troys pretends to be a LOCAL florist. But this scam has no brick and mortar, and no local address. They’ll take your $65 dollars to deliver flowers, but they deliver nothing. When you lodge a complaint, they write you a pathetic note that says, "Well, we needed $30 more to deliver to that area, and so we did not deliver. We didn’t want to take advantage of you." After several emails complaining, Troy’s agreed to refund my $65 … but if they were legitimate, why wouldn’t they instantly provide a refund when they "couldn’t deliver for the original amount?" Clearly a scam. Obviously FRAUD. I can’t file a formal ScamPulse.com complaint because I need a brick-and-mortar address to do that. BEWARE of Troy’s Florist. I haven’t seen the refund yet….we’ll see if it ever comes. So far, ScamPulse.com has 237 complaints of fraud by TROY’s FLOWERS.

NOT AN ACTUAL FLORIST
My mother tried to order me flowers for my birthday, getting tricked that they claim they’re "local" on their "About Us" section of the website (there’s no physical address listed). No flowers ever came. My father asked why I hadn’t called, and that’s how I found out I was supposed to have gotten flowers! When they called "Troy’s Florist" not only did it take 3 calls for them to pick up, but then they lied and claimed they were out of the flowers my mom ordered and that’s why they weren’t delivered. When she asked by they didn’t call her to update her, they falsely claimed they called ME to ask for permission to upgrade to the next level bouquet (which they mysteriously had in stock??) and claimed I denied the extra $25. So they decided to keep my mom’s money but not send any flowers.
Only problem is none of this is true. No one called me, and they clearly don’t exist. I hope my mom will be able to get her card charged reversed. What terrible people.

I had ordered Mothers Day flowers and they were never delivered. I contacted Troy’s florist to see if they would be delivered and they claimed they were unable to find someone to fulfill the order. They then proceeded to tell me they are refunding me my money. Well still waiting for reimbursement after contacting them three times. Wish I would have looked for reviews when ordering. Hope this helps someone else before purchasing from this scam business!

This "florist" pretends to offer arrangements, charges your credit card, then doesn’t deliver them. Only after you make an inquiry do you get an email that says "I am so sorry that you were not notified sooner about this. We contacted every florist but they all required more money to do this order. Unfortunately, we would need $20 more for the arrangement. We didn’t want to ask you for that. You will be refunded the full amount if you do not wish to proceed. If you do still want the arrangement please call us with your credit card information again so we can process that for you." No legitimate business would "not want to ask" or not have florists in an area it supposedly has a physical presence in.
The website likely pops up whenever you enter any city, but I was on mobile and took at face value that it was truly in Florence, Oregon without looking for an address. There were definitely clues – being charged sales tax when Oregon doesn’t collect it – but it offered the same Teleflora arrangements that legitimate florists in the area did and promised same-day delivery, even specifying that it could only make "emergency deliveries" in the 97439 ZIP code. When I look at the site now and read through the boilerplate text, it’s clear that something is off, but I was in a rush to order flowers and didn’t do due diligence. Caveat emptor, but it’s a scam, and it’s unfortunate that they appear to be continuing to rip people off.
They promised to refund the money, but I have not received a refund yet. I doubt I will. At this point, I’m writing it off as a loss and a mistake.

My brother was very sick in a hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I don’t have a lot of money, but I couldn’t pay him a visit because I live so far away, so I wanted to send flowers. I found Troy’s Florist online, thinking I was contacting a florist in the GB area who would be able to deliver the flowers on time. I had specific requests for delivery due to the nature of my brother’s illness, but nothing outrageous, just a time frame that "they" agreed would be fine. They never delivered anything to my sick brother. They charged my card $64.14, in effect stealing my money with no intention of keeping their end of the deal. I called and emailed repeatedly – still do – and get the same stock responses: Contact your bank. Our records show that you were given a refund. It will take 2-5 business days to fully process. Blah, blah, blah. I have NEVER received my $64.14 back from these liars!
I have been extremely frustrated in my exchanges with these thieves as they lie as easily as they breathe. I’ve read so many other accounts of people being ripped off, yet nothing ever seems to be done about it. I make this claim to the ScamPulse.com in hopes that you will actually do what it is your whole premise is; fight fraud and scams against innocent people. Do something! How many more people are going to be stolen from before you act to shut this deceitful scam operation down??
