This agency reached out to me and solicited our company services. We have an Independent Contracting company providing PT/OT services in the field of Home Health. We signed a contract, we provided their pts with PT/OT services, all paperwork turned into agency in a timely matter for their biller to do their job so we could get paid 30 days after 1st invoice submitted per contract and so forth for services provided. After 1 month of not receiving pymt for services provided and constant phone calls to agency, and then the 2nd month no pymt, and then the 3rd month with no pymt, the truth came to light, these agency owners were not going to pay. It became constant excuses, text msgs ignored, phone calls ignored, emails ignored. I started doing drive by’s on the agency at random times, during business hours, the doors would be locked, the office phones would be disconnected. This has gone on since August 2018 to present day. They use Craig’s List to solicite therapists/nurses to work for them, and then run with the money and your stuck having done free work for nothing!! I finally got through to Dept of Health and discovered that they haven’t been licensed since 11-25-2017!!! These guys are straight up scammers, con artisits, liars, dishonest, thieves and crooks!!! BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS, DON’T FALL FOR THEM!! BAD, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!
