The company placed my order and received my money. After I request a simple tracking number for my product and confirmation that my order was indeed processed and an estimated time of arrival. The company replied it would take 3-5 business days to give me that information. That time frame elapsed and I reached out to the company again. They stated they still could not provide the information. I then conveyed my displeasure with the quality of service and since there is no evidence that my product was shipped or processed I would like to cancel my order and receive a full refund. They stated they could not give me a refund because I did not cancel within 12 hrs of purchase and referred me to there websites policy on refunds. Which states, that if my order has shipped I cannot cancel the order and would not receive a refund. But my order was never processed or shipped. After the exchange I researched the reviews of the company online and they were all horrible! Reports of lost money, damaged, products and extremely poor service were report from any and everyone who has done business with them. Please stop them from continuing to do this to others.
