Attempted to track and site does not work. Tried to pull up store online and no longer exists but there are tons of reports of people getting scammed. Will be attempting to get money back from bank.

They advertised a huge sale on the irons via Facebook. The page seemed legit, had fake reviews and videos of the product being used. They emailed a purchase confirmation with tracking information but kept pushing back the date. Then after a couple weeks the site no longer existed and the product never showed up.

I purchased the item…was charged that day to my account and I received a text to my cell phone saying my order was received and will process soon. A couple days later it said my order was shipping and everything seemed normal. When I did not receive the product I reached out to the original website and it was turned off and the cell phone number was not active.

I came across a Facebook add on 8/23/18 advertising the Tyme hair iron for $39.95. I started reading comments to see what people were saying and not one was negative, so I purchased it using my debit card. I received an email on 8/25 stating my order (#: 7362) had shipped. The tracking link in the email didn’t work. However, the store website link did work & I was able to track my order there up until a few days ago. A couple days I noticed the neither link worked and the website was now gone. Today 9/17, I sent an email to the [email protected] address inquiring about my purchase & that all their links were not working. Received an immediate Undeliverable message of address not found, domain not found. I went back to Facebook & searched Trendy Iron in the search box and found several posts of other women stating the exact same thing. I called my bank to open a dispute on the charge b/c it did go through on 8/28 & appeared on my account summary as online purchase 8/23 *** *** *** *** *** ** ***

On August 18, 2018, I ordered a new flat iron from this website for way below the average price. The site said it was a "flash sale" for labor day. I received an email from them stating my order & payment was received and that I would be notified when it shipped. That email occurred a few days after and stated my delivery date was September 10th. On that date I still have not received this order so I tracked it from their website & it said there was a delay, that my package would be delivered on September 16th. I have since tried to track my package on the site, "IP address cannot be found", of course. Then i emailed at the return address left in my original message, "No domain found for that website". I am a typical, read the reviews first kind of person and there were numerous for this site, all of which were good. I am not to worried about the money, but they have my bank account info & my home address. Thank you for any help in solving this dilemma.

I purchased a product through online through Instagram. It was a styling tool for womens hair. I click on the ad and it took me their website (which now says IP server cannot be found) I sent $39.95 on the product on Aug 23rd. The company sent me a confirmation email with an order number to track the item. I also received an email after the package was shipped. I tracked to package, but it gave me an estimated delivery date of Sep 8th. When it didnt arrive I checked again and it said a delayed delivery of Sep 14th. I checked a third time for tracking and on the third time the website was no longer available. I tried to email the customer support email address but the email got sent back to me.

So $39.95 sounds like the best deal ever when purchasing a amazing hair straightener/curler right! Wrong!!! I saw a deal on FaceBook about this hair styling tool and thought $39.95 wasn’t bad. I purchased the item…was charged almost immediately and sent a email saying my order was received and will process soon. Except I realized I typed in the wrong address for shipping and billing so technically my card should not have even went through. But noticing my mistake I tried to email them, much to my surprise I get a response almost right away…but not from who I want a response from. It was a email stating that their company email was invalid and doesn’t exist. Needless to say I will be more careful making a purchase online. I just hate that I am not out $40 and it is impossible to get it back.

I purchased the curling iron they were advertising through Facebook. The payment went through and I quickly received a text message stating my order had been placed. 1 day later I received another text message stating my order had shipped and a link was provided to track the item. Every day that i clicked the link it would say my order is ready for shipment but never shipped. After a few days I emailed the company throught their website and have never received a response. There is no phone number, address or any information about the company on the website. In hindsight I should have checked for that information before foolishly placing the order.
