I purchased a pair of 50% off shoes from an instagram ad, I then realized some of the comments on the ad, were complaints or stating the company was a possible fake company. I immediately opened a dispute with PayPal and received an email from the company with the tracking number that I could access if I downloaded an app. 10 days later the company provided PayPal with a UPS tracking number which said my shoes have been delivered. Although the tracking number says they were delivered I did not receive this package. I work at home and know when I receive any packages, this one did not come to my door. This company continues to place ads on Instagram under different names, their website has two different names That are different from the company name I paid through PayPal, their company address has no suite number in a 42 floor office building and they have no phone number.
I’ve gotten no responses from my emails to this company regarding my order, I reported their Instagram ads to Instagram and have gotten no response from them at all.
