I purchased a Groupon for Transparent Moving on November 2nd. I immediately called to book a reservation for moving for Dec 1st. The owner ‘Archie Topuridze’ said I can use the Groupon, as long as I submitted $50 to hold the date for my move. I immediately paid the $50 and have a receipt. Now that it is close to my move, I called to confirm everything is in place and he responded (via email) that he does not accept Groupons and I did not have a hold on the date and that he was already booked for December 1st. I then sent him the copy of the receipt, and after repeated calls and emails he has yet to respond. I have asked for my $50 refund, as well have contacted Groupon for a refund.
