Type of a scam Debt Collections
An automated machine will call and then transfer me to a live person. They state that I owe a debt to Capital, LLC which is the holder of pay day loans. They ask how I want to pay my debt. After telling them several times that I do not owe anyone, they still continue to call me and harass me. I have told them repeatedly that I will go to court but to leave me alone. As of today they are still contacting me.
