I ordered a rehband back brace belt and paid $85 by crédit card. When the item did not arrive after 2 weeks from purchase order, I contacted tradeinn retail services via the website contact. I received an automated response, but never my item nor explanation of what happened nor a refund. It has now been over a month and I still have nothing.

I ordered a pair of special track and field pole vault shoes for my son and and they did not arrive. I received an email saying they were late and could be tracked. No tracking numbers worked and no phone numbers worked. I had to cancel my credit card and now my son will not have the shoes for his competition.
