Caller advised my wife he was with the social security administration. When she asked to verify information he became hostile. Advised her that she could eat his excrement excrement. I tried to report this to the company to make them aware that someone was using one of their numbers to scam people but they would not speak to me unless I have a police report. Their lack of concern means the condone this activity from one of the customers.
