I spent approximately $300.00 to purchase Christmas gifts on this website and was ripped off for every penny. The items are inferior, cheap and fakes. For instance, a robotic floor cleaner was plastic, about the size of a plate, and had no working parts. Plastic shell only. In tracking my orders on tophatter.com, I found that all of the items were coming from China. I feel so sorry for my money and am going to report it to my credit card to try to get my money back. The items were "Trash" and not worth anything. I don’t want others to go through what I did. This site should be illegal in the USA.
