I was contacted by "John Segura" with Top Consultants LLC to buy my timeshare in Cabo San Lucas, MX. After doing my due diligence, I signed the contract for the sales price. Immediately there were requests for me to cover fees and expenses with promises of reimbursement. All requests came from legitimate looking government documents from MX. There is a Mexican law firm also attached to this scam, Alvarez Garcia Y Associates. The scammed me for $7600. Found out "John Segura" is a stolen identity and neither the business nor law firm is legitimate. PLEASE DO NOT EVER SEND MONEY TO SOMEONE WHO IS BUYING YOUR PROPERTY!!! I am a highly educated lawyer and was duped.
