Pur hased a set of tools for total 91.00 and was told they would be delivered in 7 to 10 days…its been since sept 16 2018 ..ive sent numerous emails and still no response. They did send a customer number and transaction id….but to no avail. Please help. Can the bank do anything to recoup my money or is this a loss?
