Type of a scam Rental
Same as the scam reported in Austin TX on July 14, 2018. Same business name. Tomasc Housing Ventures. Scammer used stolen credentials and wanted a wire transfer or Bank Check for up front money, sight unseen. Said he was travelling and could not be here personally to show the property, but would be here with the keys when it was time to move in. I went directly to the property being advertised and was told the advertisement was fraudulent.
