Todd Owens Offered Me A Grant said I need to send $400 For Delivery Fee. He said this is the processing fee in order for the delivery of the Grant Money. Is he legitimate with this process to receive a grant. Email me at [email protected]
Basically the same as the first scam had a woman contact me about grant money asked me for personal information then request money

Type of a scam Government Grant
Offers Cash Grant, Small and Large Business Grants, College and Scholarship Grants, Federal & State Grants, Private Foundation Grants, Grants for Women, and Housing and New Home Grants. Asks for basic identifying information, name, email, address, phone number. Then asks for your Facebook password in order to send the "package" so that you can verify who you are when the delivery man arrives. Will then check the password by attempting to log into your account, and will tell you if what you provided was incorrect. When I provided the wrong password he then said the only way they would send the grant package was to have the facebook password.
