I ordered a automatic pet feeder from a site that was called today.com. The next day, I received a message stating the item I had purchased was out of stock and I would be refunded within 7-21 days. When I went to the site it said it was down for maintenance but when I used someone else’s computer the site was up. Currently working with my credit card company.

I ordered an ancestry DNA test kit from a site that was initially called topdealx.com. After about one week, I received a message stating the item I had purchased was out of stock and I would be refunded within 7-21 days. It has been about a month with no refund. When I tried to contact the seller. They had taken down the site topdealx.com and they had started a new site called todaydealx.com. With the exact same layout and format. The site will take your credit card info and money and tell you your item is out of stock. Even disputing the charge with your bank tends to lead no where. So they have found away to steal without it being traced back to them. They do this by making a new website every 4 weeks to keep enforcement agencies from catching them.

Company offers products for sale; they allow you to buy them and they charge your credit card. 1 day later they tell you the product isn’t available yet it is still available online. They don’t offer to credit your card for 30 days, holding my charge. There is no phone number to call and they don’t reply to emails.
