Ordered an item using ToastedBee.co Shopify program on May 24. The shipping says 15-20 days in the US/Canada. I have sent multiple emails asking for updates; their tracking number does not work. I have asked them to check if the tracking number works for them – the response did not address a specific question. I then asked them to confirm if there was a human at the support email (asked them to add 2 + 7 and the color of the sky) and they sent a very similar response. There is no other way of contacting the business. They are stealing money using a fake website and Shopify.
