I purchased an item in February, I contacted the seller several times about my online purchase. The seller told me all orders from February where delayed. I opened a dispute case in Paypal for the online the purchase. The seller refunded the online order with a e-check that never cleared therefore I never got my email.

I purchased 2 items a purse and pair of boots back in November of 2019 and I have yet to receive my items. I paid the seller $300 now she won’t send my order or refund my money. I can’t get my money back from the bank or Cash App. She is a scammer that’s why she only accepts payments through Cash App because PayPal blocked her account and Cash App will not refund your money back!
