I ordered shoes back in May 2020 and still have not received them. I notified them and was told they maybe stuck in a post office, they would get back with me when they find out and told to be patient. Well I guess I was ripped off!
I placed an order after seeing the advertisement on facebook on May 11th. I received an order confirmation however nothing after. When I emailed them I received a response that it takes 10-21 business days to fulfil the order. The second response was to check with my post office. There is no number to call. It’s also strange I paid via paypal, which came out of my bank account but there is no history of this transaction on my paypal account. I am now disputing this $89.89 charge for the second time.

I saw an ad on Facebook for Tinpudding – selling shoes – and placed an order using their website, www.tinpudding.com. I placed the order on May 12, 2020 and received an email confirmation for my order which contained an order number. I continued to check the status of my order for weeks and finally sent an email to their online customer support. I received no response. I then contacted them through Facebook Messenger and received this response, "22051 We’ve checked the status for you, your package may be stuck at the post office.
Would you please wait for a few days? We will call them immediately, your order will arrive soon." Since then I have sent several followups messages and received no response. After further investigation, I found that this has happened to many other people and that no merchandise is ever delivered. I have filed a complaint with Facebook and Paypal and am hoping this site will be investigated and closed down.
I ordered two pairs of shoes in April. It is now mid June… no shoes, no shipping info. I emailed them inquiring and I do receive emails from Vicky stating that my product is at my local post office and I got an email back from a Vicky they might order is stuck at a local post office… That was a week ago and I just emailed them again asking for a refund that I doubt I will get… There is no phone number to contact. I truly Feel this company is a fraud and taking money without delivering the product.

This company has been posting advertisements on Facebook of selling women shoes. Once order, you will receive an email stating your order, the funds will be taken from your account with no confirmation of tracking information or ways of tracking. I ordered my product at the beginning of May and I have not received anyway to track or confirm my order has been processed. I have been emailing the business and I do receive emails from Vicky stating that my product is at my local post office and information will be coming. Multiply emails are set back n forth with the same message. There is no phone number to contact them. Multiply individuals have had the same story to tell about their order. This company is a fraud and is repeatedly taking money from citizens during this rare time.

I ordered from this company on March 12th. I began correspondence with the company about 3 weeks later as I still hadn’t received shipping information. After much back and forth via email they finally provided me with an shipping number on 4/27. The item has not been received by fedex nor moved From that location since that day. I have been unable to contact the company directly or receive a refund as of today, 5/26.
