SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Even their name is designed to fool you into thinking that your on “Ticketmaster”. If you get the insurance you need to provide a Dr note to get your money back. The customer service sucks and they don’t try to help you (or even respond to you at all). They say they price match but they don’t.To many Hidden charges to much up sale. And the website is very glitchy.

On 9/21/19 I tried to purchase two tickets to a live concert in paso robles, ca 3 hours before show through ticketsmarter.com. After making the purchase I checked my email for purchase confirmation and there was no purchase confirmation. No tickets were sent, nothing from the website. I checked my bank and I was charged $134. I called to get a refund and was told the money would be refunded as there must have been a glitch during purchase which made sense because I didnt receive a ticket purchase confirmation. Well two days later the money was never put back in my account and after trying to call them for answers I was lied to and laughed at and told not to call them back. They reiterated to me that they dont offer refunds. Well, they dont offer tickets either. I never received a single email containg any information regarding purchase. Bank statement shows TicketSmarter as "Tickets" and their phone number as 866-237-6204 and theyre located in CT.
