If you are in a hurry to buy your concert tickets this website may show up on your first hasty search at top of page. They are a reseller of tickets who will charge four to five times the face amount of tickets plus very large servcie fee, that are readily available direct through venue. Appear to solicit immediate positive feeback so as to legitimize sale if challenged. You will probably realize that you have been scammed as soon as you receive invoice. Impossible to cancel or refund order. Lesson learned. They operate billing though Deleware.

My friend went online to buy tickets to the Fox Theatre in Atlanta. She clicked on the tab that said "Ticket Sales" she purchased what she thought was tickets from the Fox Theatre. When we called to make a change the tickets we found put that was not the case at all. We were told a company uses this technique to fool people into thinking they are buying from the Fox when in fact they are not.

Further more when she got the tickets via email the face price on the tickets was $96 and they charged her $458.45 for two tickets, outrageous! How people can do that is awful. We just wanted to say that when we called them they were very arrogant, and the woman we spoke to "Kayla" informed us that she was in charge, that there was no one over her, and she had the final say. So a word to the wiser than us – DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM – ticketsales.com – they are frauds!!! Please pass this on to your friends – companies like this should be put out of business!

I bought tickets for a concert on ticketsales.com, I got a confirmation email saying I paid $117.89 for 2 general admission tickets. The venue hosting the concert later opened sales for tickets for $15/ticket and said that the ones I purchased are fraudulent. I never received the actual tickets via email or post.

  1. I lost $897 on tickets to a concert. I have a dispute claim with American Express. I believe ticketssales.com are run by criminals. They scam you by claiming they have tickets they don’t and then adding fees in the hundreds.

  2. THIS IS THE WORST, MOST SCUMBAG-RUN COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. They reroute your search to their site, and you believe that you are on the actual venue site (they do a good job of making it appear as if you are on the actual site). You buy tickets at what can only be described as price-gouging rates, and then you realize that you just bought from a third-party resale site. I called immediately and told them that I wanted a reversal of the transaction, and was basically told no and then hung up on. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, who by the way gives this company an “F” rating for the sheer number of complaints against them. I looked on other review sites and found more horrible reviews of ticketsales.com than I could even attempt to read. Same problem I had, as well as people receiving the wrong tickets, or not receiving them at all. I sent mine back to the address that was on the envelope. I am still trying to get my money back. I was charged $398 for tickets that had a combined face value of $165. This site is the worst, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! They seriously need to be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission for the deceptive way they go about operating, and for price gouging. Total rip off scalper site.
