I have ordered a Folding Laundry Tub Basic/us on July 26, 2020 from Tian Xinheng, but NEVER received the product nor a Refund. I sent then emails after emails with no respond and no customer service contact. Thank you for your Attention to this matter.
I ordered a floating water mat from Tian Xinheng in June 2020 and have not received it. I have sent email after email and they just respond with it is in the process of being delivered. 7 months after placing the order I emailed them again and said if I did not receive a credit for my order, I would report them. I did not hear back, so here I am reporting them. After finding this website highlighting Tuan Xinheng,s fraudulent activities, I want to know what FaceBook is doing to hold this unscrupulous and defrauding company accountable. Who is going to refund me for the product I ordered on FB but did not receive? FB has allowed a unprincipled and corrupt business to advertise on their site, and I want to know what they are doing about this!

I ordered and paid for pandemic Christmas ornaments on November 10, 2020. The order ID # IAB69273 as of December 25, 2020, I still have not received the 10 ornaments. I paid $44.99 for 10 ornaments with additional tax I very disappointed, as they were going to be Christmas presents for family members.

I ordered a floating water mat on August 29th I’ve sent several emails & finally got a tracking number. But just a number! The package hasn’t moved! I’ve filed a dispute with PayPal
I purchased x5 expandable faux ivy fencing on 20/09/20 and paid $114.39. The order took over two months to arrive and I was absolutely horrified to discover a miniature ‘fence’. I had measured the space to ensure the correct fit but this was a complete joke. Additionally the ivy is held in place with cable ties which are sticking out at the front-bit even cut. Extremely poor quality and I honestly couldn’t even resell it. The company is not corresponding with me, I have sent three emails now and unsure what I can do to get my money back.
I ordered a floating water mat on Sept.10, order#28933, and as of today Dec.3, I have not received the product. I paid thru my paypal account in the amount of $49.99. I would like a refund for this transaction. I have recieved an email with tracking number, but nothing else. Please advise me as to what I should do next. I feel that this was a scam that I fell for, and would like my money back.
I saw an ad for chair covers like the popular Ikea straight back chair. To be exact. Ordered two sets of four. Two months later I received them. Not only were they not sewn correctly but they were made to fit a children’s chair! Not an adult size. The company will do nothing to help you. Filed and won a PayPal dispute it took two go rounds but I was victorious because I’m not shipping them back they’re crappy merchandise as they try to do and succeed with nearly every customer. Beware of this company because they use many names. y
You will not know what their name is until it shows up on your statement. Most don’t receive any goods at all and if they do their subpar or nothing at all like what they’ve ordered. PayPal is going to close their account but as usual this company will just pop up with a different name. Don’t order anything directly from China if you can help it because they don’t stand behind any of their goods.
I ordered an Invicta watch. The watch took 2 and a half months to arrive. Once it arrived I noticed it was a fake. The bracelet is broken and the hour hand on the watch was broke. Emailed customer service and they will not refund my money. The color of the metals are off also. Worst fake ever.
Ordered a large Monster Truck about 3 feet wide or more and about 2 feet or more high it was a gas one not battery we received a little battery model instead of a large gas model. We paid for a large monster truck very upset we want the right truck or our $79 back. We will be looking at filing actions this unacceptable to scam people this way. I purchased a bright thick foam floating mat for $US45 and got a cheap bit of thin foam that’s good for nothing and doesn’t float and is a dangerous drowning product instead
I ordered a floating water mat. Which have a video showing three of the foam compressed in the mat. It showed you rolling in up and putting it back in a big box for storage. Also stating it weighed only five pounds. After waiting two months I contacted Tian Xinheng asking where is my order she said be patient it’s a bigger box and would take a bit to arrive. So when it arrived a week later, it was a eighth of an inch black foam weighing .21kg and came in a foot and a half by a foot and a half plastic bag. So I messaged them back and said this is a scam and I want my money back.. My text message back said due to the time it would take to send it back would I consider a refund of 8$ American and keep the product. I told them I paid 39.99$ American and I want my money back! I have kept my pay pal for the product along with all the text message from this company.

They advertise products through Facebook but when you order, it takes months for product to arrive and then product received is not what you have ordered. PayPal doesn’t help at all! This is a total scam
How do these thieves keep getting away with their total scams? Facebook needs to get rid of them for all of the unsuspecting users.

I ordered the floating blanket as they call it.
It took 2 months to receive it. In that 2 months I contacted them a few times. Took them weeks to respond.
When I opened the package it was nothing like the picture on their website. It ended up being a piece of foam that you could use to wrap fragile items with. I’ve contacted them 4 more times and they want to give me a partial refund which is not acceptable since the product is again not what they advertised. This company is the worst. I’m very frustrated.
I too have been scammed by Tian Xinheng. I ordered the privacy screen (buy 6, get 3 free). I am now looking into blocking this seller thru the Federal Trade Comission.
i have ordered a watch that i saw on Instagram, company seemed legit unfortunately it has being 8 weeks that i haven received anything and last time when i wrote them, they sent me a tracking number that i have being looking at 4 weeks now and its saying that its not active yet, i am trying to talk to my credit card company to solve this matter and get my money back, Montreal Canada
Was the watch company you saw and purchased from called toyclub by any chance or went by sporty.myshoplaza.com? I bought 3 watches from there on the 11th of oct 2020 which was 3 weeks ago now and all I have is a confirmation email from 3 weeks ago when I paid for them and when I select the view order or tracking it still says awaiting shipment ive emailed twice and no response back
Tian Xinheng , Puwei, renices.com, these businesses are all linked to Tian Xinheng and are all listed as scams or fraudulent. I’m currently fighting 2 cases with this person. PayPal has been useless in my defence.
I purchased from this company too and DEFINITELY NOT what I ordered. Thought I would protect myself using PayPal but this company wants me to mail everything back to China at my expense. So PayPal sided with them, so now going to my credit card company as it is total fraud what they are sending out. Rolls of grass mats I ordered are baggies of green fabric they said I need to sow the seeds in them myself, faux ivy fence cover not even close in size, look or quality. STAY AWAY from their junk. What’s worse they say they’re out of CA, USA and they are not comes from China 2 months later.
Nothing good to report. only total disappointment of being scammed, wrong item sent and they will not answer email to get rectification.

Not only did we receive wrong product, something that was unfit for purpose it was also broken. We have many time asked for this to be rectified with no result despite sending photos of the wrong broken product and copies of our purchase order.
Really giving Chinese companies a bad name.
Don’t buy anything from here, they don’t care about what they send you, or customer service. Go to another site but don’t spend money with these robbers.

I ordered a collapsible washing tub the price was supposed to be $24 Cdn, on billing it became C$35 . What arrived 60 days later was a lid of some kind.
Immediately I disputed it, and a week later I escalated it with Paypal. They immediately refunded my money. They must be aware of them pulling this bait and switch scam.

I ordered the HyperVolt massage gun that was being advertised on Insta Gram as 75% off. I paid $114.90. Ordered the item on Aug. 6th received a massage gun that was NOT a HyperVolt, and the attachments and Gun were dirty and looked used gross. I bought “Biodegradable Grass Seed Mat”, when the payment went to 厦门莆维服饰有限公司 [email protected] I did realize I felt into some scam. I received a piece of fabric with no seeds or fertilizer in it, packed in a ziplock. Contacted customer support and it went to Tian Xinheng at [email protected], got a reply that I received what I’ve ordered. So I now have 3 packs of fabric for $50.
I ordered 5 (buy 4 get 1 free) Faux Expandable Privacy Fences for $97.00. I’ve been emailing the company since my order was place on July 26,2020 for tracking information. They only reply with “your order is be processed please be patient”. I tried to cancel the order only 1 hour after placing it, when I realized this company often scams customers. They emailed me that they immediately started to process the order and I could not cancel. I have a feeling that I will never see these fences and will be out $97.00. If I do see this order I’m sure it will be of the cheapest materials and flimsily made.
i bought what i thought was an automatic curling iron advertized on facebook, then paid extra to have it shipped quickly. Found out after it came from China, took a month to get here, it wasnt the one it thought i bought! I emediatly emailed them. I also recieved a damaged package, i plugged it in and it doesnt even get hot! I have sent over 6 emails to them and now they want a video proving it does not work. They offered me a $5.00 refund and i spend $30.00!
I ordered 6 yard light, it took well over six weeks to receive them. What I received was dim cheap plastic junk. I emailed them several times and was told to sent them back to China. My purchase was $41.67 and it would have cost anywhere from $50 – $120 to send them. I sent them back to the address they mailed them from which was 25 miles from my home. Its been over 30 days and no word yet on my refund. DO NOT buy anything from these scam artist. My next email will be to the BBB to report them.
