Thunder Royal Properties

I was approached by Ronald Perry of Thunder Royal Properties about buying my timeshare. In the process they used Jeffrey Money from R&R Assets to manage the money. Needless to say it appears to be a scam since I cannot contact them since no numbers work and they will not answer emails.

I was contacted by Jeffrey Money from R & R Assets asking me if I wanted to sell my timeshare. He proceeded to send me paperwork and also assigned a broker to assist in the sale by the name, Shirley Harrison. I looked her info up and she did indeed have a license number but was listed under Metro First Realty even though “Shirley” was represented by Thunder Royal Properties. I called Metro First Realty and they did confirm that it is indeed a scam and that several other’s have called to report this information to them. In addition, I noticed that there is another company that appears to be legit under the name Thunder Team Realty and they had copied their logo almost verbatim (probably to throw people off)

I was approached by phone that the Thunder Royal Properties had a client that wanted to buy our timeshare for twice what we paid for it. I believe this company to be fake as well as the representative I spoke with over the phone. I researched the company and the individual and only found their one website with little information, no other mention of the company on the internet or listed with the BBB.
