I ordered a jacket online from threadcreed. The jacket was advertised as leather. What I got was a plastic jacket. The day that I ordered it online they took my money from my account immediately, but then took their time and approving the order. Saying that they wanted to see a picture of my last four digits of my credit card. They said that they wanted to avoid fraud. I said no I don’t want to show them the last four digits of my card. And then they said they wouldn’t ship my order. But still took my money. So then I finally took a picture of the last four digits of my credit card and then it took a total of three and a half weeks to get my jacket. And I was completely dissatisfied with the jacket because it was plastic and the measurements were way off. So I expressed my concerns to them saying I don’t want this jacket and I want my money back, but their policy is after 30 days you cannot get a refund. So they took all that time about some business with my credit card numbers and I think the jacket came from China and so now they won’t give me a refund. They said I could have an in-store credit or low give me 10% of the money I spent $150 which is about $10. Threadcreed – do not order from them.
