Thomas Mancini & [censored]. called me left a messaged stating that I needed to call them, when I called they said that I had a out standing payday loan that needed to be paid. I said by who, they said by "Equity Funding" and if I didn’t pay by 6 pm that I was going to have 2 felonies and a warrant for my arrest, I’m to send it western union. then called them back with the reference #….. I did!!!!! first I’m scared , second I thought maybe I forgot to off a loan, third I never had any felony or warrant for my arrest (I’m really scared), fourth I’m trying to keep my credit score up. I was scared and confused. they told me that I was going to get a letter in the mail stated that this debt was paid. I never received nothing in the mail from this company. After about a week no letter that when I realize that this was not making any sense . So I looked this lawyer up on the computer and sure enough I started to read about this Thomas Mancini & [censored]. is a scram..
