The Buy Oshen watch online website is fraudulent. I went online to check out smart watches and the first thing that came up was a sales ad by Oshen Watch. Claimed that it was rated #1 of all smartwatches. Then take you to a site where a two for the price of one promotion is occurring. Made the mistake of believing what I was reading and ordered two watches on June 3, 2020. Shipping was to happen in 30 days. Attempted to contact the company after 30 days had passed. Received an email saying that due to the virus, shipping wold take longer. Waited until July 19 and still no watches so I decided to cancel my order. Three days later received an email saying my order had been shipped with a tracking number. Emailed the company to ask why were they shipping an order that had been cancelled. Tried to pull up the tracking # and it was nonexistent. Informed company by email that I would refuse the package and return to the PO when it arrived. Received an email stating that no prepaid postage return label or authorization code form would be included and the watches were to be returned in 60 days at my expense as explained in the terms and conditions on their website. Tried to find the terms and conditions on the website but do not exist. On July 29, received a package from Think Tech Sales, LTD. Attempted to look up this company which is also nonexistent at the address given. Called a phone # on the package but nothing is there but an answering machine. Please do not waste your money on an Oshen watch because it is definitely a scam. Another person ordered from the same site. Received a fake smartwatch with no charger.

I ordered a Oshen smart watch as advertised. I did not expect a great watch, but what I got was watch band and what would be described as a

piece of plastic with a crystal cover on one side that has on openings to charge a device and no buttons and no way to operate the watch even

if it would work. No charging method or cable included. Instructions say to download FitPro app and connect to watch. Watch will not turn on.

I looked online and found post after post that this watch and this seller were just a scam and I firmly believe that they are true.

The Ad said that this OshenWatch can do everything that an iWatch can do. So I downloaded the app FitPro as instructed to pair up with my iPhone and spent hours trying to get it to pair and synchronize but it didn’t happen. Meanwhile they sent me three more watches that I didn’t order! I’m worried that they are billing my credit card for these also. I’m sending all four watches back and want to be reimbursed.
