I ordered a flashlight listed at $65.98 USD and was sent a completely different product that I found online for about $8 USD. When I contacted them the said I had to sent it back at my charge. (It isn’t even worth the postage)
They then offered me 15% back which I refused. They then offered me an exceptional proposal (their words) of 20%. I thought this would be the best they would give me so I took the $13.19 refund. They are nothing but criminals. below is the one on website, picture below of one they sent
