No where on the site specified that the books you are purchasing are downloadable ebooks and not physical books until after you make your purchase through them. After I paid they sent an email to me with links to download the books. After several attempts to download the books and making no progress I tried to contact them via email and telephone to resolve the issue. They will not answer the phone and are refusing to refund or make any attemt to fix the issue. They did respond through email but just keep telling me to read the site terms and conditions. They links to download the books do not work and they will not fix it or give me my money back.

Ordered books, did not get a tracking number or means of shipping from them
Now I’ve tried to contact them by phone and the number is not a working number and I’ve received no response from several emails that I have sent. Am trying to get my money back through my credit card company. Do not order anything from this company
