My name is Barbara Forame, address 3019 Bellingham Drive, Orlando, Fl 32725. I feel like this was a scam and I will never order from them again. It’s a sad that companies cannot be trusted. I wonder how many people had the same problem that I had. Very unhappy person.
I ordered a dog bed for 9.99 and never received it. Isn’t there something that can be done against these fake adds showing up on Facebook?
Regarding -TheImperial.Store- Ordered off Facebook advertisement. $9.99 shipping for popular fluffy dog bed. Says up to 40 days shipping… way more then 40 days have past. Emailed their support and get a reply email- delivery fail! No way to contact… scammed out of $9.99! Be aware! Anyone know if there is anything that can be done?

This is a scam. They post ads on social media stating that they will be giving away free dog beds… All you have to do is pay shipping. They are the same scammers as the Paramount Palace (free dog beds). Do not purchase from them. Once they have scammed a few people.. they make a new website saying free dog beds. Both Paramount Palace and The Imperial state that they are verified through Shopify. Once “scam” purchase of the shipping fee is made, they will provide an invoice to your email. Read the reviews on Paramount Palace. It is the same situation. Even the website names are similar. (Paramount Palace, The Imperial Store..). SCAAAAAAAAAAAAM!

This company is the same scammers as the “Paramount Palace” website. They market themselves on social media ads stating they will give out free dog beds and you only have to pay for shipping. Same concept/Same Scam. Please do not purchase from them. The “free bed” will never arrive. They will not respond. They send an invoice to your email after your “purchase your free bed” but it is just a fake invoice to make you feel like your actually getting the product. Once they get complaints, they take down their website and set up a new scam regarding dog beds.
