I ordered my products almost a month ago, The CBDistillery immediately charged my card and failed to send my entire order. The CBDistillery customer service system is unprofessional and completely lacking. The only thing you can do is "message" them via their website, to which their representatives are completely unhelpful and only say: email [email protected] – to which, they do not respond to emails. They refuse to respond, send product or send proof of shipment via tracking number. They refuse to refund my credit card for failure to fulfill shipment. There is no phone number to call. The very little response that I have received is riddled with automated responses or representatives that can NOT find any sort of solution to either send my products or completely refund my credit card in full. Dealing with CBDistillery has been a complete SCAM.
