Type of a scam Phishing
The phone is silent for a moment, then a robot that claims to be from the "Vehicle Service Department" says that our car warranty is almost expired and that we can renew/get a new one if we press 3. This is clearly a scam because we are leasing our car and its warranty is not at all about to expire. They call from several different numbers. I included the two I knew for sure but there are others as well.
