I saw an ad for an item I was interested in on facebook. I purchased the item from Vault Grab on February 22nd 2018. The item never arrived. I have emailed/and tried live chat (they are always "away" and will email a response), as there is no phone number/address for them. They took my money and did not deliver. Do not purchase anything from this company.
