Consumer did a search for a Apple support online and came across "The Support Center". The consumer became suspicious when company charged for service. He contacted Apple and they said they do not charge for the service he required and that the company was fraudulent. He did not have company address, website, or email. Phone numbers – 8888408298, 8883258059. Company charged consumer $39.99 which he paid through debit card. He has informed bank of the transaction.
