Type of a scam Credit Cards
They call you repeatedly saying that they are a credit mediation company to help you settle a debt from an old credit card. In my case I didn’t live in the country when the supposed card was opened and when I refused to pay they magically said they had surveillance footage from 4 years ago so I asked them to mail me everything. They are supposedly mailing me all the footage and info for me to go to court to prove its not me.
Scary thing is they have my full SSN and address without me saying anything to them. When I googled the number I found hundreds of posts with similar stories.
