I purchased a sand free beach blanket on an ad through Facebook. I never received the product, so I emailed them and they never replied. So I tried calling them, the phone line plays "All Star" by Smash Mouth than abruptly hangs up on you after the song is almost done. They took my money, never gave me the product and apparently dropped off the face of the earth. All during COVID lockdown when money and times are tough for so many people.
