Same as all the rest, purchased product 6 weeks ago. I asked for a tracking number repeatedly and they assure you its in the mail, and tell you your being impatient. They give you generic stick answers or do not return your email. This company is a SCAMM RUN FAST!
I’ve been waiting 5 weeks for my purchase and a tracking number. The emails from Alma P posted above are just like the emails I’ve received. I have esculated a complaint for a refund with PayPal as well. I hope I’m able to get my money back. I’ve asked numerous times for a refund and for a customer service phone number. Niether given.
@seven3333 PayPal gave me a refund. I was persistent with my complaint and following up on my complaint. Keep at it. They are listed as DEX on PayPal. Hopefully they get enough complaints and lose their PayPal account for running a scam through them.
I’m in the same position, I escalated to Paypal and reported to BBB. What was your outcome?
I placed an order for $80 worth of products. I’ve received nothing. Recycled email responses. They’ve deleted my comments on their social media. This company is running a scam. I have been robbed of $80.
Esculate a complaint with PayPal if you paid that way. PayPal will discontinue their account after so many complaints.

This company will charge your card and 6 months later… nothing. I have an email thread with over 50 messages sent to them. They recycle their responses and act like they have lost your tracking. They then tell you week after week they are prioritising your order. Upon looking in BBB complaints I can see they are using the same emails and same excuses. This company should be shut down. Completely unacceptable practice.
Everything written here matches my experience. Charge your card and then make a lot of false claims for escalation and nothing ever comes from it.
Same as these folks – order pay then nothing. Excuse after excuse. Guys and gals file a police report on these clowns. It may not get your money back but enough reports across the country on this company could get them shut down and save future victims.
Also report a complaint via PayPal if you paid that way. Mine says DEX is the account name on PayPal.
Ordered March 14, still has not arrived, nor have been provided with an order and tracking number. Have requested a refund and order cancelled, also nothing done but canned responses about patience and how it was shipped.
I ordered almost 50 days ago and still no parcel arrived. They took 39.99$, they kept on apologising for the delays, I had to ask various times for the tracking number, they finally gave it to me 2 weeks ago and still no parcel. Don’t buy from this people, DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMS.
They told me to wait another week and that week is gone already. They said they will investigate with the courier and eventually replace the order but at this point I just want my money back (which I am aware I will never see).
I have had the same experience as everyone here. Placed an order with them on March 13, 2020 and it has been almost 3 months of back and forth with their same pre-written response (photo attached) asking me to ‘practice patience’. I reported them to the FTC and they still don’t take it seriously. I have requested a refund at least 8 TIMES NOW and they will not refund me because supposedly the package has been sent and resent to me. They are scam artists and liars, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They took almost $100 from my account and 6 weeks later I have nothing. Thankfully I paid via PayPal who are looking into it. I am told today that something has been sent but I dread to think what has actually been posted out to me. At this point I just want my money back. I saw these guys advertised on Instagram- DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEM. They are a scam!

Made a purchase on January 5. It is now March 3 and I still do not have my product. I have been emailing them (it’s a Gmail account [email protected]). You typically get a response within 2 days. They report there has been an issue with my order and that I will receive a tracking number (this was told to me on February 13 and February 24), I still do not have a tracking number. When I asked for a refund, they assured me that the order is coming, there was just an issue that had been resolved, and I can expect a tracking number shortly. I believe this website is a scam, they take your money and never send you product.
