Ordered the couch cover on Dec 28th 2020 and have not received any tracking number or any communication from them about my order. Now I see this is a scam.
I too have been ripped off by them. We need to report them to this link https://www.shopify.com/legal/report-aup-violation so they will shut down there shopping cart.
I seen the advertisement on Pinterest, even looked at all the reviews they had on their website. Went through the process of making a purchase online and put in my debit credit card. Got the confirmation email that they received my order and I had an additional 10% discount I could use in the future. This purchase was made Nov 29,2020. Decided it should be here by now and decided to contact them by there phone number and just got no where with that. Left a message and no one called me back. Then I did a little more research and fell across this page and realized I was friggin scammed out of my money. I made a purchase in April through the website after finding and advertisement on Pinterest. I entered my information and got the confirmation. I was suppose to receive my items within a couple of weeks. It was June and still had not received anything. I emailed them and they said they were experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and that it would take 55 days for my order to be shipped. I still haven’t received anything and I haven’t gotten a response to any other emails.

October 29th/2020 I made a purchase in The North Alley website of two sofa covers ($140 USD). They send me the emails confirming my order and thanking me for my purchase, they even send me a 10% discount in my next order… Today I’m still waiting… I have contact the email ([email protected]) they provide and there is no answer.
I cannot believe I fell for that scam… never again I’ll buy from a store I encounter on pinterest.
I placed and order with North Alley over 5 months ago. No product received and no contact returned from the company. Do not order from them. It’s a scam.
I ordered a sofa cover from North Alley in May 2020 via an advertisement on Facebook and received nothing despite follow up emails. Definitely a scam. This company should be banned from advertising.
I purchased $186 of slip covers on June 20th, 2020. I have yet to receive my items. I have left tons of messages and sent numerous emails. Do not purchase from this company! You will not receive your items.
I ordered 2 sofa covers off of Pinyerest from this comapany May 10th 2020 for $110. I waited until June 10th and never got an email it was shipped. I emailed them and got one back that because of the ‘ virus’ you have to wait 24 days not including weekends for the item to be even shipped. I waited Till July24. I left a voice mail at the company..no return call so I sent an email. I asked to be credited. Called Aug 10 and left voice msge..nothing. Aug 15 sent threatening email…nothing. Today I plan to make paper copies of my emails and theres and write a letter to send to their offices. I am making copies of my letter. I will tell them Im reporting them to the BBB. Hope it works.

I found an advertisement through Pinterest and ordered a product through the company’s website and used my debit card to make the purchase. I was given an order number through email but was supposed to receive shipping info 3 business days after ordering the product according to their shipping policy via the website and never got anything. I sent an email to them with a complaint and called the available phone number; I got no response since I emailed them yesterday and couldn’t get through to anyone through the phone.
