I made a purchase on may 29 2020. Sent an email june 7 regarding the fact that I hadn’t recieved anything about shipping . It is now july 14 2020 .After multiple messages back and forth regarding my lost order , asking for a refund multiple times , and again asking to send another dress . They have told me then will give me a gift card towards there store to make another purchase. The refuse to give me my money back .
