Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
I was threatened to be took to court for a payday loan that I did not receive. I was told that there was to charges that I would be filed with if I did not pay $400.00 voluntarily and that the court charges would be over $6,000.00 when the case went to court. I have not applied for any payday loan.
