Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered 2 chunky blankets on November 24th totaling $95.20. My blanket still have not arrived. I have tried to get this answered via email. I have also called numerous times. The emails I received from the company were generic emails. I finally spoke with somebody tonight on January 9 on the telephone. He was unhelpful and would not answer any of my questions. I asked for a refund since I have not received my blankets and he was not able to do that. He said it would have to go through an administrator. When I asked to speak to an administrator he said they will only communicate via email. I asked for that information and he would not give it to me. I was told I must wait for the blankets to arrive before I can request a refund. I do not believe the blankets will be coming. So how am I supposed to ask for a refund? I will be following up with my local police department as well as my bank regarding fraudulent purchases. This is a terrible company with awful people who have no problem taking your money & not providing you with the actual item (from the picture) that you thought you purchased.

My sister ordered blankets on the same day that I did. She did receive a few in the mail. When they arrived they were terrible. The size did not match what she purchased. And the quality was disgusting.
