Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
They called saying I have an outstanding account balance that I needed to pay. They refused to give me an invoice or proof of a product (apparently I ordered an Ad and online listings) This went on for months before I accused them of being a scam so then they had a second person call me from ‘accounting’ to send me an invoice which they would not send unless I gave them how I would pay. That continued for a few weeks before they finally sent one via e-mail to me to which I brought it to the police department and they believed it to be a scam. They also did not have my correct name. They called from a 3rd party communication company so their caller ID came back as a different number than what was on their invoice and website.
