I purchased 14 lights from The Lighting Spot. Each cost around $380.00. They told me that it would take 5-7 business days for me to receive the lights. A month past, I called, a man name Bryan told me that they couldn’t ship to me because 1 of them was broken during transit. I told I would wait because he said that he already had a new one coming in today (that was 2 weeks ago) so he can ship them out together. My office is opening for business next week, I couldn’t wait any longer, so I called to cancel the order to get my money back so I can buy some other lights that don’t require to ship. The Lighting Spot employee refused to do what I asked, they won’t refund my money because they said they have to wait for another light. I feel like this is a scam, I can’t get the 13 out of 14 lights nor my money back. Please be aware of this company.
