I ordered a pair of ugg slides from them during the Black Friday Sale. Their website stated that i would get a receipt in an email after my order followed by a tracking number within 3 weeks the order would be shipped. When I didn’t receive any email from them about the confirmation of my order they said that they had sent it. I asked to send it again because all I had to confirm the order was the money that was taken out of my account, they did not send it. Then, after the 3 weeks was up and i was expecting my order to have arrived, I emailed them again telling them I did not receive my order. I constantly email them everyday and get no response.
