I purchased 2 different subscriptions (one 3 month and one 6 month) from The Tinderbox as gifts back in December. Boxes are supposed to be shipped each month. My credit card was charged within days for both and I received confirmation e-mails.
I received 1 confirmation e-mail regarding shipment on Jan 11th (for the 3-month subscription), however the package has not been tracked since nor delivered. I received a second confirmation for the other purchase (6 month subscription) on Feb 10th, however the package has yet to been tracked since. I have e-mailed customer service twice with no response.
I asked a friend and she had a similar experience and told me to file a complaint with BBB, as she had.
