They write on their site that they sent the product within 10 days. I order it by seeing it. $ 70 is instantly deleted from the account. 20 days pass. Neither the mail nor the tracking number. I’m writing to the support team, they say wait a few more days. I am writing again after 1 week. They say we cannot ship to your country yet due to the pandemic. I freely order hundreds of products from sites like ebay and have no problems. But thekdom is all a problem. They no longer reply to my e-mails. I demand a refund, they don’t do that either. Officially scam.

I placed an order on 2nd december and paid for it. Kdom was supposed to ship the order and send me the tracking details within 10days. But it has been over 15days and they have not sent me any tracking details. I have been daily emails requesting for the status of my order but never received any response. Looks like they are thugs and running away with my money. Its plain daylight robbery.

Bought an item in June, it’s now Sept and after multiple attempts at communication to find out why my item has not shipped, they finally replied at the end of August telling me that the item I had ordered was out of stock. Assuring me the item I wanted would be back in stock in a few days, I told them I would wait. It’s been a couple of weeks now and I have sent them two emails and a facebook comment asking for a refund, to which they have yet to respond. I don’t believe I will ever get my items, or my money back. Please, do yourselves a favor and NEVER shop here.

They sell merchandise online from overseas suppliers. Once you place your order, they withdraw the money immediately. However, they never ship your items. If you contact the supplier, they will lie about estimated time to ship, and they will also give you wrong tracking numbers. The policy of the supplier is that all items are subject to final sale.
