Kevin Segal of the Innovator’s Agency, using the name Darcy Turk for payment, scammed me out of $112.50. He finds people that don’t have coding experience, sends a fake video showing them that he can do whatever they need but says he won’t do it on their live site until he gets payment. Then when he receives the money, he disappears. He won’t answer the phone and doesn’t respond to emails and never does the work. From speaking with him I believe that he sticks to smaller amounts to avoid too major lawsuits and attention and does this regularly to unknowing victims.
