I have received numerous calls from someone claiming to be from the Illuminating Company. They leave a voicemail recording for me saying that they have deal for me today. They say they have a way to reduce my utility bill. They are calling from phone number 2163507561.

they took out a credit card in the name of someone who has been dead since 1992. person who died is a relation to us. they were aware this person was dead when issuing the card. of course some company from India wants a copy of the death certificate to cancel the card that should never have been issued. no one gave permission to take this card out except the illuminating company who fraudulently took out this card in their name.this is fraud at it’s worse. some one needs to investigate the illuminating company.
