I received a package that I did not order. The envelope was just a white paper envelope, no Amazon markings but the ‘invoice’ inside says that the item was purchased through Amazon. I checked my account on Amazon and it does not show up in my orders. The outside of the envelope has my name, my address and my phone number. The item is only a $2 comb with $3 worth of shipping. Research online says this is common and dodgy companys do it to be able to write a good review that looks like it came from you. According to my payment methods I did not pay for this item, nor have I lost any money but I have changed all of my passwords just in case that information was also shared.
