Luke Brown runs a pngage advertising home improvement handyman services under the name of The Handy Badger. Luke Brown comes out to give a bid or estimate for repairs and then states that he needs 1/2 of the cost of repairs up front in order to schedule the repairs. Once Luke Brown gets his the down payment money he never comes back to complete the repairs. We asked for a completion date but that came and went. We asked for a refund and have never received our money back.
The home that needed repair is in Wisconsin. We are out of state.
He asked for and we sent the money to him through Zelle from California to Wisconsin.
Luke Brown scammed us for 200.00. We have filed a report with the FTC and have all emails and texts to prove his illegal activity.
