Ordered 6 blankets with the Burrito Blanket company. My credit card went thru immediately. I was delivered 3 blankets. An email was sent later to say I would be receiving the last 3 and gave a tracking number. You have to use their tracking company (and purchase the rights) to be able to track the package. (that may not even be real) I did track thru the USPS and it says it was delivered. The delivered package date and tracking # was for the first package of 3 blankets. I’ve emailed inquiries 7 times with no response. Their phone number is no longer in service. I’m wondering if they went thru all this to gain access to our credit cards. To me, this is a scam at it’s finest. I’m out $60.00 and a few Christmas gifts that didn’t show.

I ordered from The Burrito Blanket on May 2nd 2019, They processed my order, told me my blanket was shipped, took my money and every time I go to check the shipping on my order it tells me it has not been shipped yet. I have emailed numerous times and I do not get a response at all. Do not order from this place. It is a scam. I will never get my money back.

I found this product and company via a paid advertisement that was shown to me on Instagram. The company claimed that the blanket was usually sold for $70, but was on sale for only $29. I went to the company’s website and purchased the blanket. I received a text message confirmation of the purchase with a link to see the status of my order. The status has never changed from "your order is confirmed" to "shipped". I emailed the company about two weeks after my purchase and got the following response:

Your order has not been shipped and you will receive an email once it has been shipped regarding your tracking information. We have 1-3 day processing period. We do not process or ship on the weekends. Shipping is going to take 8-12 days. If you have any questions feel free to take a look at our FAQ on our website which answers the most frequently asked questions.

It has now been 26 days since I placed my order and no update. I have sent several emails to support that have not been responded to. I have sent messages and left comments on the company’s Instagram account and gotten no response there either. I have seen dozens of other people leave comments on the company’s Instagram profile stating that the same has happened to them – they paid for the product, received no response to inquiries, and haven’t received the product after extended periods of time. Many people are calling this a scam and also stating that the company deletes these comments to hide the fact that they are a scam.
