I live in Bordeaux France and I have purchased 3 items on The Boho Boutique website.
It is advertised with beautiful pictures on social medias (Facebook). The website looks pretty and therefore i would not expect it to be fake.
I realised this is a fake company when i googled the company name and realised that so many customers filled a complaint about the online store . I have sent many emails but did not receive any response.
Customer either never receive their purchase or receive poor quality or dammaged or broken items, compared to what it was supposed to be.
No refund or return is possible. No assistance and zero customer service.
Adress is fake and no telephone number to reach them. Email adress is UK although company is supposed to be based in the US.
I lost more than 130 $ 🙁

I purchased some jewelry from this website that states that the us-based site. I never received the jewelry and received a tracking order from China that says it could not be delivered and to contact this unheard-of delivery service that was all in Chinese letters for more information I contacted the company multiple times and got one response ask me for my order number but then nothing again after a few weeks of supplying the number. On Facebook it states that they are based in Miami however other places say they are Mason Ohio. They have deducted the amount for my account immediately and I have no product and no refund. After looking at reviews online it sounds like this is a common trend for this company
